Stock & Flow

On the Biohack U blog this week, I wrote a new post called Get More of What You Want (+ less of what you don’t) with Stock & Flow Analysis.

Here is a worksheet to accompany that post (exclusive for newsletter readers and other people who find their way here):

Keep in mind, if you use the fillable pdf version you will need to print it out to draw the stock levels onto the worksheet.

Feedback Loops?

There’s more to systems analysis than simple stock & flow diagrams, but it’s a great place to start.

When a stock seems to resist change despite changes to inflows and outflows, that’s a sign that one or more ‘feedback loops’ might be at play. More about that soon!
