Though this tool is designed for daily data collection, you don’t have to use it every day. Instead you could:
- Take a ‘snapshot’ for one week each month;
- Use it when symptoms are varying a lot and you aren’t sure why, as a way to try to discern patterns; or
- Use it before and after you implement an n=1 experiment as a pre/post measurement tool.
