The 50/7 Diet Checklist

A new dietary protocol always takes a while to get used to. So this one comes with a checklist!

The goal of the 50/7 Diet? To cultivate a diverse microbiome.

How do you do it? Eat 50+ foods each week.

The rationale is simple, according to Glenn Taylor, director of the Taymount clinic, “Diversity on the plate equals diversity in the gut.”
